برنامج رحلة القيادة موجه لتطوير المهارات القيادية المتقدمة لدى قادة المنظمة كي يكونوا قادرين على قيادة منظماتهم في مختلف الظروف نحو التميز والاستقرار

يركز معسكر رحلة القيادة على تنمية المهارات القيادية من أجل تعزيز المهارات الفردية والجماعية والقدرة التنظيمية. لكي تكون  المنظمة فعالة يجب أن يكون هناك وضوح في  الهدف والاستراتيجيات وخطط العمل، جنبا إلى جنب مع الأدوار والمسؤوليات الفردية لأعضاء الفريق.

 

بنفس القدر من الأهمية تنمية الصفات الشخصية للقائد كالثقة، والشجاعة، المسؤولية . هذه المهارات تحدد قدرة الفريق على تحقيق واستدامة الأداء المتميز وتحقيق الأهداف بفعالية وكفاءة عالية علامة تميز المنظمة
